The day is charged from call time to wrap time if the pick up or starting location & the drop off or finishing  location is within a 15 mile radius of  Soho, London, W1D

Travel time will be added if the pick up or starting location or drop off or finishing location is 16 miles or further from Soho, London, W1D

12 hr day rate includes lunch 

Drivers are instructed to be available through the lunch hour if needed

​

Overnight jobs - Single hotel room for Driver + Per DIems. 

​

Any parking charges incurred will be billed to  the  client

PCN's or Parking Fines incurred as a result of directions or instructions by any member of the the crew will be billed to the client

Congestion Charge & ULEZ charges may apply to some vehicles when entering the charging zone, please contact the office to clarify

Overtime is charged by the hour....we allow a 15 minute grace period

Fuel Costs & Mileage

Within M25 - Fuel at cost - minimum charge - £15.00

Outside M25 - Charged per mile - Minimum charge  - £30.00
